INFORMATION CLAUSE – Consent to the processing of personal data by Murka Cosmetics Sp. z
o.o. online store (“Store”)
In connection with the commencement of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament
and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing
of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General
Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: GDPR), Murka Cosmetics Sp. z o.o. would like to provide
you with some information in connection with the processing of your personal data by our company.
The Personal Data Administrator of the personal data of the Users of the Store operated by our com-
pany is Murka Cosmetics Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, registered in the National
Court Register by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Department of
the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000752113, with the NIP (Tax Identification
Number) number 5213842547, REGON number 381560844 (hereinafter referred to as the „Compa-
ny”).
The Company processes personal data for the purposes of:
• selling the products offered by the Company, including the proper execution of transactions and ob
taining opinions about the products offered by the Company, on the basis of the consent given
when creating an Account in the Store, i.e. on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR,
• to consider complaints, pursuing and defense in case of mutual claims, realizing the legitimate in-
terest of the Personal Data Administrator, i.e. on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
• rendering the service of maintaining a User Account […], i.e. on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of
GDPR,
• In the case of the Customer’s consent – also for marketing purposes.
Legal regulations require the Company to process User data for tax and accounting purposes. For
other purposes, the data provided by the User may be used only with the User’s prior, separate con-
sent.
Registration of an Account requires the providing of personal data enumerated in the Rules and Reg-
ulations of the Store. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary in order to conclude a con-
tract with the Company and perform the concluded contract. Lack of such consent renders it impossi-
ble to use the services of the Store.
• Registration on the website requires the following personal data: name and surname/company
name, address (street, house/flat number, postal code, town, country), e-mail address, contact
telephone number. In the case of Users who are not consumers, it is also necessary to provide
company name and Tax Identification Number (NIP).
• Personal data will be processed for the period necessary for the execution of the contract, and after
this period for the purposes and for the period and to the extent required by law or to secure possi-
ble claims, or until withdrawal of the granted consent.
Recipients of personal data will be:
• entities providing and supporting the Company’s information and communication systems to oper-
ate the Account [….] researching opinions about the Store and services or products offered by the
Company, and entities providing services related to the Company’s day-to-day operations,
• entities providing product delivery services,
• entities cooperating in the operation of the Store [….] – under relevant agreements on entrusting
personal data processing;
• entity providing online payment services – under relevant personal data processing entrustment
agreements;
• Each person, to the extent provided by law, has the right to access their data and to correct, delete
or limit processing, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, as well as the right
to revoke the granted consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of pro-
cessing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. In case of doubts related to the
processing of personal data, any person may ask the Company for information. Notwithstanding
the above, anyone has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President
of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
